Kar Ka Game – Racing In Car 3D has achieved over 10,000,000 downloads since its release by Actions. The goal of the game is very simple – just drive without colliding with any other cars on the road.

The garage offers a selection of cars, each of which is rated for different characteristics such as acceleration, fuel, braking and speed. Players start with the most basic vehicle, but the stats can be individually upgraded using coins collected in the game. Cars with better stats can be bought (a total of five to unlock), but these players are set back by 4000 coins for a cheap price!

Ay-can icon. In fact, there is no cost shown next to the various color options. And so I naively thought that the game would let me choose the body color of my car for free. Unfortunately that didn’t happen and the new coat costs 500 coins! It was a little annoying that this wasn’t made clear!

After selecting a car, players can select a game mode to compete in from a list of four options. These are the following:

Pressing the pedal on the right side of the screen accelerated the car, although the car will automatically drive itself at a comfortable pace. The brake icon on the left controls the speed of the car.

Four fields of view are provided in the app and this can be changed by tapping the video camera icon. This feature was really cool. Players can change their perspective depending on what they prefer, but they can also challenge themselves by using different camera angles.

One aspect of the game that I didn’t understand was the win mode – there seemed to be no goal. The game had no levels and the only idea is to survive and avoid accidents. Being a racing game, there was also a speed limit set. As soon as I passed the limit, a patrol car appeared and did not move even when I slowed down a lot. The patrol car remained in front of my car but did not try to stop me. I just traveled with me on the road! At times it looked like it was trying to stop me, but it never stopped my car. Very strange. I even tried to hit a police car on purpose to see what would happen. Nothing happened! My game continued and the crash screen never appeared!

The graphics are very impressive in Car Racing 3D. Two race tracks or events can be selected. One is inspired by the streets of Japan and is full of cherry trees, while the other has a snowy background. Although there are only two options, both visions are beautifully designed with intricate details planned. It would be great if the developers could push more content in this feature to attract the players.

Performance-wise, the software is quite smooth. Only one of the game modes, Free Ride, experienced performance issues. Here, crashing into a police car (remember, crashing into a police car isn’t a game) caused the game to go too late. The rotating images end up getting stuck and the app was lagging too much.

Overall, Car Racing 3D is not bad, although it is nothing spectacular. Unfortunately, the lack of win mode really affected the decision, so I only give this game a 2/5 rating.
